EXECUTIVE
MANAGEMENT |
The objective of the leadership team is to
govern the affairs of Boots & Coots for the benefit of our
shareholders and other constituencies, including our employees,
customers and the communities in which we do business. The Executive
team strives to ensure the success and continuity of the company by
fostering an environment in which the company's activities are
conducted in a legally compliant, responsible and ethical manner.

Jerry
Winchester
President / CEO |
Mr. Winchester has served as the
Company’s President and COO since 1998. In July of 2002 he
assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Winchester was employed by
Halliburton Energy Services since 1981 in positions of increasing
responsibility, most recently as Global Manager – Well
Control, Coil Tubing and Special Services.
He received his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State
University in 1982 and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum
Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors. |

Dewitt
Edwards
Executive Vice President |
Dewitt
H. Edwards serves as the Company’s executive vice
president. Mr.
Edwards previously served as senior vice president—Finance
and
principal financial officer for the Company. His primary
responsibilities consist of all corporate financial functions including
accounting, planning and SEC reporting, as well as responsibility for
all administrative functions including legal, risk management and
employee benefits.
Prior to his employment, Mr. Edwards served as a consultant
to
the Company. He had been engaged to work on initiatives to refinance
the Company’s debt and improve its overall capital structure
and
liquidity.
Mr. Edwards was previously employed by the Company as
executive
vice president from September 1998 through May 2002. Prior to that, Mr.
Edwards was employed by Halliburton Energy Services for 19 years where
he served in positions of increasing authority, including Mid Continent
area manager and North America resource manager.

Gabriel
Aldape
Chief Financial Officer |
Gabriel
Aldape joined the Boots & Coots executive management team as
Chief
Financial Officer in March 2006 with the acquisition of Hydraulic Well
Control (HWC). He has spent 21 years in accounting and management in
the oil field industry.
Prior to HWC, he worked at Smith International and Baker Hughes. At
HWC, where he most recently held the position of Vice President, Aldape
was responsible for directing investment analysis, cost analysis and
general accounting and finance management, including cash management
and business planning, for Capstar Drilling, the company’s
land
drilling operations. He also managed the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
effort for HWC and Capstar. Aldape’s international experience
includes five years as finance manager and controller in Mexico and
Venezuela, as well as directing financial start up efforts in Dubai,
Congo, Algeria and Egypt.
Aldape received his bachelor’s degree of business
administration
in Accounting from San Antonio’s St. Mary’s
University in
1982, and successfully completed the CPA exam in 1984. He also
completed 21 Hours of graduate Finance studies at the University of
Houston.

Brian
Keith
General Counsel |
Brian Keith joined the Company as sole in-house
counsel in 1999, and was appointed General Counsel and Secretary to the
Company’s Board of Directors in 2002.
Mr. Keith has 19 years of experience as an in-house attorney in the oil
and gas industry, including 9 years with Halliburton Energy Services, 3
years with Wood Group Petroleum Services, and now 7 years with the
Company.
He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of
Oklahoma in 1981, graduating With Distinction and earning Phi Beta
Kappa honors. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of
Law in 1986 and is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Mr. Keith also served in the United States Marine Corps for four years
from 1974 to 1978.
