Welcome to 2006

Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, December 14, 2005
A natural gas well being drilled miles away is suspected to be the source of strange geysers of natural gas on Winter Camp Creek near Kingfisher County. Boots & Coots was called in to perform pressure control services on the well.
Dikom Oil Field, India, September 15, 2005
A well ignited Thursday, September 15, in the Dikom oil field in northeastern India after it had been damaged a few days earlier. Authorities evacuated 5,000 residents from villages and a tea estate in the area, while hundreds of local firefighters attempted to extinguish the blaze. The Boots & Coots team led the effort and put out the flames after 21 days.
Thandavapalli village, India, September 8, 2005
Team members from Boots & Coots were called to Thandavapalli in the East Godavari district of India after a blowout occurred on one of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s (ONGC) exploratory wells. The rig was ruined, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
Brooks, Alberta, Canada, August 9, 2005
The Boots & Coots team worked with personnel from Key Safety and Blowout Control Corp. to extinguish a burning well near Brooks in southern Alberta. The team was called in when a well caught fire the afternoon of Tuesday, August 9.
Pine Prairie, Louisiana, February 3, 2005
A natural gas well blowout occurred Thursday, February 3 in Evangeline Parish, prompting local officials to evacuate approximately 30 people. Boots & Coots was called in to extinguish the blaze.
